Q. When will my balloon gift arrive? Do you do timed delivery? 

A. Your gift will be delivered up to 6pm on the specified day. It is possible to request a delivery before 12 noon or a Saturday delivery. These options will be available at the checkout and unfortunately do come with an extra cost. If you provide a mobile phone number or email address we can advise you of a 2 hour window on the day of delivery.

Q. I made a mistake when I entered the order, can I change the delivery name, address, date etc?
A. We will try our best to amend the order, please call customer services on 0131 346 4446. Delivery details can not be changed after 1pm on the day before delivery as your gift will be on it's way and out of our control.

Q. I have changed my mind and no longer want the delivery to take place, can I cancel the order?
A. Due to the nature of our next day delivery service, we cannot cancel orders with less than 24 hours notice. Provided we are able to cancel an order, the refund is subject to a 10% administration charge. If you wish to cancel an order, call customer services on 0131 346 4446 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. Alternatively email us at info@skyhi.co.uk.

Q. Was my delivery done? Will I get confirmation when the gift has been delivered?
A. We are delivering close to 100% of all deliveries on the requested day. Exceptions so far have been because the wrong day or wrong address has been entered. Don’t forget that the recipient does not always get in touch straight away. If you provide a contact phone number and email at the checkout, you will be sent updates by the courier on the status of your order. If you wish, you can check delivery with customer services.

Q. Do sky hi deliver any other balloons than those shown on the website?
A. sky hi only offers to deliver the balloons illustrated on our website - this alters as we go through the seasons; we will extend this range over time.

Q. Can sky hi include other items with balloon such as a cuddly toy, chocolates?
A. sky hi does not currently offer this service.

Q. How long do the balloons stay afloat for?
A. Depending on conditions and type of balloon purchased, they will typically float for up to a week or longer.

Q. How are the balloons delivered? Do they include weights? 
A. All designs are delivered by our chosen carrier. All balloon gifts are supplied inflated with helium (or air depending on designs),  have weights and come gift wrapped in a large box.

Q. Are the balloons inflated?
A. All sky hi balloons are inflated with helium(or air depending on designs). We only use top quality balloons and treat the latex balloons to enable longer floating time

Q. How much are bulk balloon orders?
A. If you want more balloons, simply increase in quantity multiples. Alternatively you can contact us on 0131 346 4446 for an individual quote

Q. Does sky hi deliver on weekends or bank holidays?
A. sky hi does not deliver on bank holidays. You can however choose a Saturday delivery for an extra cost.

Q. Does sky hi deliver custom printed balloons?
A. sky hi can offer personalised foil and bubble balloons. For personalised latex balloons please visit our partner site www.balloonsaretakingoff.co.uk

Q. Can sky hi deliver to a non-residential address e.g. hotels, Holiday Parks etc
A. We can deliver anywhere in the UK. If it is hotel or Holiday Park then we would usually leave the delivery at reception.

Q. Can I collect sky hi bouquets locally?
A. Yes, we offer this service within Edinburgh only.

Q. How much do sky hi gifts cost?
A. From £15 including delivery.

Q. Can sky hi deliver anywhere in the UK?
A. sky hi can deliver to most areas in the UK next day. Please check at checkout by entering your delivery postcode to see available delivery options.

Q. Can sky hi deliver on the same day?
A. Yes, we offer this service within Edinburgh only.

Q. Can I order online?
A. Yes, sky hi was built using a secure purchasing system. Personal details are never shared with third parties. The only exception to this is when we pass your phone or email to our courier for you to receive delivery updates.

Q. What happens if the person to whom I’ve sent my order isn’t there to receive the delivery?
A. If no one is present at the delivery address, sky hi will post a card informing the recipient of alternative delivery methods. You can select an option at the checkout to allow the courier to leave your delivery with a neighbour. This is at the discretion of the courier driver and can not be guaranteed.
